Market update Fox Valley-February 9 2019. The first picture is sold single family homes in the last 10 years in Kane and Kendall County. I thought you might be interested to see the trend. Kendall County did not dip in price as low as Kane County did but they are back up there slightly above Kendall County now.
New listings this week were way above last week! 325 this week compared to 181 last week. If you are a buyer you are thrilled that there is so much more to see. Thinking about selling? Contracts accepted this week were up slightly. 209 this week compared to 181 last week. These numbers will probably really increase next week with all the new listings this week.

Short sales were the same as last week with only 1 and it was also in Aurora. Just like last week. Now it will get submitted to the lender to see if they will accept it.
Sellers accepted contracts this week that are contingent on the Buyer closing on their current home before purchasing. 2 with a kick-out clause of 72 hours, 9 with 48 hours and 1 with 24 hours.
Contract were also accepted by Sellers that are contingent on the Buyer selling and closing on their current home before purchasing. 5 with a kick-out clause of 72 hours, 5 with 48 hours and 1 with 24 hours.
