Fox Valley home prices October 19th.  It is going to be a gorgeous weekend with temperatures in the mid 70’s to lower 80’s.  The week ahead should be in the mid 60’s to lower 70’s.

New listings are consistent.  214 this week compared to 219 the previous week.

Closed listings are slightly down.  150 this week compared to 168 the previous week.
