Fox Valley home prices May 27th. The weather is perfect. Sunny and warm temperatures. A little too sunny though, we don’t expect to get any rain for another week. It is really getting dry.
New listings are down. 158 this week compared to 181 the previous week.
Closed listing are up. 165 this week compared to 148 the previous week.

You can see new listings have steadily declined every year. So have closed listings. The need for housing has not declined. Some have given up finding a home and are either living with family or renting. Rentals are also hard to find.
Keep an open mind when looking for a home. You might need to drive a little farther or find a home and make adjustments to the home.
