 Fox Valley home prices March 23rd.  42 degrees and sunny today and It is going to be mid 40’s to 60 for the next couple of weeks. 

New listings this week are slightly down.  171 this week compared to 181 the previous week.

Closed listings are exactly the same.  137 both this and last week.

Conventional financing continues this week to be the trend for what seller’s are accepting for financing the most.

Seller’s accepted contracts that are contingent on the buyer closing on their current home. 1 with a kick-out clause of 72 hours and 2 with 48 hours.

Also, seller’s accepted contracts that are contingent on the buyer selling and closing on their current home.  2 with a kick-out clause of 48 hours and 1 with 24 hours.

Not every home that accepts a contract closes.  Sometimes they do come back on the market.  It doesn’t seem to be happening too much right now though.
