Fox Valley home prices June 1st. No need to water garden or flowers today. It is raining. First part of the week it is going to be hot in the 80’s and then back to mid 70’s.
New listings this week are up slightly. 219 this week compared to 193 the previous week.
Closed listing are also slightly up. 218 this week compared to 188 the previous week.
