Fox Valley home prices July 23rd.  I apologize for being late 2 weeks in a row.  We will show you the home prices in the Fox Valley area of Illinois.  New listings, closed, median prices, financing used, contracts accepted, 2022 by the month, and some great resources for you to check out.

New listing this week were down.  243 this week compared to 277 the previous week.

Closed listings this week were consistent.  245 this week compared to 241 the previous week.

When you go looking at homes you will be more confident that you will be able to go through with the sale.  Seller’s will be more confident in accepting your offer.  It just makes sense.
