Fox Valley home prices July 13th.  It is going to be a hot one today.  The next few days will also be hot and they are calling for storms each day until Wednesday.  

New listings this week are up.  299 this week compared to 165 the previous week.

Closed listings are also up.  194 this week compared to 175 the previous week.  We did have a holiday week last week so it was not a full week of activity.

78% of homes closed this week used Conventional financing.  This trend is not changing.  It has been consistent with the tight inventory.
