Fox Valley home prices January 27th. It looks like we will not see the sun again this next week. Next Friday for groundhog day it is supposed to be cloudy. I am sure looking forward to an early Spring.
New listing this week are slightly up. 119 this week compared to 99 the previous week.
Closed listing this week are consistent. 97 this week compared to 96 the previous week. You can’t get more consistent than that!
