New listings this week are up. 128 this week compared to 92 the previous week.
Close listings are also up. 106 this week compared to 84 the previous week.
This week was the first full week of the year. New year’s day everything was closed.
We have added 2 towns this week by request. Elgin and South Elgin so it will change some of the numbers.

Conventional financing continues into 2024 to be the most used way to close on a home in the Fox Valley area of Illinois. Finally FHA surpassed Cash this week.
