Fox Valley home prices December 9th. 49 degrees today and sunny. The next couple of weeks
will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s. The weather is not preventing anyone from out looking at homes.
New listings this week are down. 85 this week compared to 115 the previous week.
Closed listings are also down. 132 this week compared 153 the previous week.

There is only 3 weeks left of 2023. The theme of the year is Conventional financing. I am still surprised at all the cash deals with the prices going up.
