Fox Valley home prices August 3rd.  Today and the next couple of days will be hot and in the 90’s.  After that we will be in the 70’s.  Relief is on it’s way!

New listings are consistent.  238 this week compared to 231 the previous week.  

Closed listings are up.  296 this week compared to 204 the previous week.
