Fox Valley home prices April 20th. It is cloudy and only reaching 46 degrees today but for the next couple of weeks it will be anywhere from the mid 50’s to lower 70’s.
New listings this week are up. 208 this week compared to 173 the previous week.
Closed listing this week are consistent. 169 this week compared to 161 the previous week.

Conventional financing was used to close on 132 homes this week at median price $470,000 with 29 days average market time, last week 107 homes at median price $429,990 with 37 days average market time.
Cash was used to close on 29 homes this week at median price $375,000 with 47 days average market time, last week 30 homes at median price $390,000 with 30 days average market time.
FHA financing was used to close on 4 homes this week at median price $317,500 with 37 days average market time, last week 17 homes at median price $326,000 with 19 days average market time.
VA financing was used to close on 2 homes this week at median price $452,500 with 7 days average market time, last week 7 homes at median price $420,000 with 26 days average market time.
2,000 SF or more closed on 99 homes this week at median price $542,500 with 33 days average market time, last week 92 homes at median price $510,000 with 35 days average market time. Minimum price this week $120,000, last week $36,500 that is questionable. It is most likely a mistake.
