New listings are down slightly. 195 this week compared to 229 the previous week.
Closed listings are slightly up. 239 this week compared to 193 the previous week.

Cash was used to close on 42 homes this week at median price $447,950 with 26 days average market time, last week 26 homes at median price $512,500 with 34 days average market time.
FHA financing was used to close on 13 homes this week at median price $320,000 with 47 days average market time, last week 19 homes at median price $360,900 with 18 days average market time.
VA financing was used to close on 9 homes this week at median price $445,000 with 17 days average market time, last week 9 homes at median price $449,000 with 30 days average market time.
2,000 SF or more closed on 141 homes this week at median price $535,550 with 30 days average market time, last week 121 homes at median price $525,000 with 22 days average market time. Minimum price this week $207,000, last week $520( this is a mistake that needs to be corrected).
Conventional financing continues to be the most used way to close on a home in the Fox Valley area of Illinois. 42 homes closing with cash is unbelievable.

Homes that went under contract this week are slightly down. 164 this week compared to 178 the previous week.
