Fox Valley  home prices August 17th.   It looks like a couple of days of possible rain with temperatures in the 70’s and lower 80’s.

Today starts the new rules.  We can no longer offer cooperating commission on the MLS.  This will need to be determined off of the MLS and buyers need to sign buyer agreements before touring a home.

New listings are down.  199 new listings this week compared to 260 the previous week.

Closed listings are up.  220 closed listings this week compared to 197 the previous week.

Conventional financing plus cash make up most of the homes closed this week.  Only 12 used FHA and 10 VA.

Under contract this week

Homes that went under contract this week are down slightly.  183 this week compared to 200 the previous week.
