Cash was used to close on 21 homes this week at median price $393,000 with 32 days average market time, last week 23 homes at median price $489,900 with 41 days average market time.
FHA financing was used to close on 9 homes this week at median price $401,990 with 21 days average market time, last week 14 homes at median price $360,800 with 27 days average market time.

Conventional financing continues to be the financing to use to close. Cash continues to beat out FHA financing.
