Fox Valley home prices May 19th. We are a day late this week. I was out of town. Boy, the heat is on. It sure was a hot weekend. We should head back to the 70’s after Tuesday.
New listings are up. 255 this week compared to 205 the previous week.
Closed listings are also up. 207 this week compared to 163 the previous week.

Cash was used to close on 36 homes this week at median price $475,000 with 43 days average market time, last week 19 homes at median price $409,000 with 13 days average market time.
FHA financing was used to close on 14 homes this week at median price $343,445 with 10 days average market time, last week 11 homes at median price $332,000 with 28 days average market time.
VA financing was used to close on 8 homes this week at median price $406,750 with 14 days average market time, last week 5 homes at median price $379,990 with 15 days average market time.
2,000 SF or more closed on 122 homes this week at median price $527,500 with 35 days average market time, last week 89 homes at median price $529,900 with 37 days average market time. Minimum price this week $305,000, last week $270,000.
Conventional financing is still the way to go.
