Fox Valley home prices March 2nd. It was a beautiful sunny day today in the 60’s. The next couple of days will be in the lower 70’s then back in the mid 50’s.
New listings this week were up. 181 this week compared to 144 the previous week.
Closed listings were also up. 154 this week compared to 92 the previous week.

Cash was used to close on 27 homes this week at median price $515,000 with 38 days average market time, last week 16 homes at median price $482,495 with 126 days average market time.
FHA financing was used to close on 11 homes at median price $375,000 with 93 days average market time, last week 9 homes at median price $352,000 with 34 average market time.
VA financing was used to close on 3 homes at median price $390,000 with 32 days average market time, last week 3 homes at median price $389,900 with 65 days average market time.
2,000 SF or more closed on 99 homes this week at median price $521,900 with 60 days average market time, last week 59 homes at median price $499,990 with 66 days average market time. Minimum price this week $339,900, last week $264,000.
Conventional financing continues to be the most popular way to close.
