Fox Valley home prices December 23rd. Mid 50’s the next few days and then dropping to the mid 30’s. Winter is here but not the temperatures. I am ok with that. How about you?
New listings this week are way down. 38 this week compared to 78 the previous week.
Closed listings are slightly down. 126 this week compared to 138 the previous week.
Everyone is slowing down with the holidays upon us.
