Fox Valley home prices December 2nd. The weather has not been bad so far for this time of year. We had a little snow but that is gone now. No snow for at least the next couple of weeks.
New listing are up. 115 this week compared to 67 the previous week.
Closed listings are up. 153 this week compared to 90 the previous week.
It was a holiday week the previous week so it is not comparing to a normal week.
